Abstract

System of training is made to make the training could complete the goals. But, the company who held the training should to know the capability of training's participant is diferent each other. This research is descriptive qualitative eith study case approach, because to nalysis the effectivity of training needs detail explanations to prevent the mistakes. The result of this research shows that the training which was held by UPKK-UB Malang was not effective, the UPKK-UB Malang did not implement the evaluation process according to the training's effectivity measurement. UPKK-UB Malang did the internal meeting for analysis the effectivity of training but the internal meeting or MONEF (Monitoring and evaluation) but tha MONEF (Monutoring and evaluation) only discuss about the whole event which was held. The conclusion is training which was held by UPKK-UB Malang was successful but was not effective accordingly the training's measurement.
