Abstract

The role of leadership in a company largely determines the success of a company. Leadership style is one factor that can affect the performance of employees. One effort that can be done to improve the performance of employees is by providing job satisfaction to employees since acquiring a high satisfaction of employees can be expected to improve its performance. Test results on the path of this study showed that transformational leadership style significantly influence employee job satisfaction it can be seen from the path coefficient (β = 0.746) with a probability value of 0.000 t (0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, transformational leadership style significantly influence employee performance it can be seen from the path coefficient (β = 0.436) with a probability value of 0.001 t (0.001 <0.05). Then the employee satisfaction significantly influence employee performance it is seen from the path coefficient (β = 0.448) with a probability value of 0.001 t (0.001 <0.05). From the test results there is an indirect effect between transformational leadership style on employee performance through employee satisfaction in the amount of 0334. This shows that that the Transformational Leadership Style good will significantly improve along with the high-performance Employee Job Satisfaction.
