This research aims to determine the description of the implementation of talent management, knowledge management, employee performance, and to analyze and explain the influence between variables together or partially. The type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique, the research instrument such as questionnaires and documentation. The implementation of talent management and knowledge management at PT. PLN (persero) Distribution of East Java, Surabaya has been running very well. Both of these variables also showed a significant positive effect on employee performance variable when tested together, but take effect not significant when tested partially. This is because the barriers in the implementation.
