This study aims to determine the significant influence of material incentives on work motivation, incentives non material on work motivation, material incentives on employee performance, non material on employee performance, and work motivation on employee performance. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach . The population in this study were all employees of PT . BRI Syariah Branch Office Mataram totaling 255 employees. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling to determine the number of samples using sumus Slovin and obtained a total sample of 72 employees . Material Incentives The results showed a significant effect on work motivation with the path coefficient value of 0.402 with significance of 0,000 t. Non Material incentives were significant effect on work motivation with the path coefficient value of 0.443 with significance of 0,000 t. Material incentives significantly influence the achievement of Employees with path coefficient value of 0.349 with 0.002 t significance. Non Material Incentives significant effect on Job Performance Employees with path coefficient value of 0.252 with significance of 0,023 t. Work Motivation significant effect on Job Performance Employees with path coefficient value of 0.272 with significance of 0,026 t.
