Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Physical and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jatim Selatan Malang. This research used explanatory research method, by using quantitative approach through questionnaire and document with 53 respondents as a sample. Descriptive technique and path analysis. Based on the analysis path that has been done, it can be concluded that the physical work environment (X1) positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y1). This is evidenced by t score amount of 2,580 and a probability amount of 0.013 (p <0.05). Non-physical work environment (X2) positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y1). This is evidenced by t score amount of 2,696 and a probability amount of 0.010 (p <0.05). Physical work environment (X1) positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by t score amount of 2,541 and a probability amount of 0.014 (p <0.05). Non-physical work environment (X2) positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by t score amount of 2,069 and a probability amount of 0.044 (p <0.05). Job satisfaction (Y1) positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by t score amount of 2,377 and a probability amount of 0.021 (p <0.05).
