Abstract

This research purposed to explain the influence of directive leadership style, supportive leadership style, participative leadership style, achievement-oriented leadership style and physical work environment on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research uses primary data in the form of the questioner answer result and secondary data based on documents. Data analysis used in this research are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the directive leadership style, supportive leadership style, participative leadership style, achievement-oriented leadership style, and physical work environment has a significant influence on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. This is demonstrated by the results of simultaneous test and partial test with significance value < 0.05.
