Abstract

In a company human resources is one resource that has an important role among other resources. Employees within a company is a very important asset because the employee is a member of organizations that can play a role in achieving corporate goals. The attitude of labor discipline plays an important role because it reflects the individual responsibility of the task assigned to him. In AJB Bumiputera employees have an average tenure has been more than five years and even decades. By having a high commitment to the company automatically employees will voluntarily abide by the rules written or not in the company so that high labor discipline will be formed so the performance of employees will increase. The results showed that organizational commitment has a significant influence on the discipline of work with a beta value of 0.639, t value of 5.688 and a significance value of 0.000, organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance with a beta value of 0.369, t value of 2.826 and a significance value of 0.007, and discipline significant effect on the performance of employees with a beta value of 0.438, t value of 3.350 and a significance value of 0.002.
