Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence of Non Financial Compensation on Job Satisfaction, Non Financial Compensation on Intention to Leave, and Job Satisfaction on Intention to Leave. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach . The population in this study were all employees of PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkitan Gresik totaling 325 employees. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with total sample of 77 employees . Non Financial Compensation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the path coefficient value of 0.671 and significance of 0,000. Non Financial Compensation were significant effect on Intention To Leave with the path coefficient value of -0.223 and significance of 0,040. Job Satisfaction significantly influence on Intention to Leave with path coefficient value of -0.562 and 0.000 significance.
