Abstract

Will feel comfortable and having more spirit if the company has a good working environment and working motivation. This research aims to explain partially and simultaneously the influnce of work environment and work motivation variables on the employess performance in Local Drinking Water Company of Malang City. The data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis SPSS v 23.00 for Windows program. Based on the result of multiple lenear regression analysis can be known that Working Environment variable (X1) has significant impact on the dependent variable Employees Performance (Y) with a beta coefficient of 0,168. Working Motivation variable (X2) has a significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) with a beta coefficient of 0,275. Result of this study indicated that the working environment and working motivation simultaneously influence on the employees performance with value sig.F < 5% (0,000 < 0,05).Advice given from author are company should further improve the working environment and working motivation so that employees performance can be increased.
