Theepurpose ofuthis study is to identify and explain the significant influence of Work Conflict, and Job Stress, the Employee Performance. This type of research is explanatorysresearch (explanatory research) withequantitative approach. Assample of 49erespondentsswho are employees of PT. Telkomsel Branch Malangusing sampling techniques saturated. Dataucollection methods used in this research is by distributingkquestionnairesedirectly in PT Telkomsel Branch Malang. Analysis of the data used is descriptivesanalysis and inferential analysis by using SPSS v 23.00 program for MicrosoftuWindowsBased on the results of multipleslinear regression analysis, it is known that Work Conflict variable partially have a significant influence oneEmployee Performance variable with value sig.t < alpha (0.013 <0.05). Job Stress variable partiallyshave a significant influence on Employee Performancenvariable with value sig.t < alpha (0.016 <0.05). The results of this study indicate thatywork conflict and work stress influence simultaneouslyson employee performance withvalue sig.F< alpha (0.000 < 0.05). Researcher's advice given to the company is, the companysshould beeable to manageswork conflictyand job stress in the company, so that theeemployees' performance can beyimproved.
