This study I was Aconducted to see the impact of variable jo busati sfactionuand organizational commitment on employee performance both simultaneously and partiall. The kind of this study is the explanation research using quantitative approach. Sample on this research is number of 80 employees that the employee remains in the sewing section on PT Pei Hai International Wiratama Indonesia. From the analysis it can be concluded lest the performance of employees affected to job satisfaction and organizational commitment amounted to 47.6 % while the rest of the employee's performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study which amounted to 52.4 %. On the result of the effect of simultaneous hypothesis indicated by the value of Fcount 36.874 > Ftable is 3.113 and the value Sig.F (0.000) a = 0.05 then the results hypothetical partial effect of job satisfaction on employee performance shown by tcount > ttable namely 3.716 > 1.66412 and sig.t (0.000) < a = 0.05. In a hupothesis test conducted in this study indicate that there is significant influence between there variable of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance both simultaneously and partially.
