Human resources can affect efficiency and effectiveness. Provision of financial and non financial compensation would encourage employees to better responsible for any liability to the company. Work motivation of the employees is a component to get good performance. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, then from this study can be concluded as follows, first, there is significant influence between the variables of financial compensation to the work motivation and thitung 0.436. Secondly, a significant difference between the non-financial compensation variable of work motivation with thitung 0.261. Third, a significant difference between the variables in financial compensation to employee performance with thitung 0.212. Fourth, a significant difference between the variable non-financial compensation to employee performance with thitung 0.187. Fifth, there is a significant relationship between work motivation on employee performance with thitung 0.613. Financial compensation variable also a positive effect on employee performance through motivation to work with the magnitude of the indirect effect of 0.267, while the non-financial compensation variables do not have positive influence on employee performance through motivation to work with the magnitude of the indirect effect of 0.159.
