Implementation of CSR in the hotel is not only focused on profit but also should pay attention to the social environment and also the economy of the surrounding community. But in this case there are problems at the Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center related to the implementation of CSR is only given to two foster children and also the presence of the hotel that did not have an impact on the economy in terms of the surrounding community. This research use descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data in this paper is taken through interviews, observation and documentation. Results from this study is the Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center has implemented several CSR programs, but there is one that is hampered due to revenue CSR Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center unstable. Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center also in planting 1,000 trees in the village of Gerbo, Nongkojajar which are not effective due to existence is far from environmentally Hotel Ibis. Implementation of CSR Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center is still not in accordance with the concept of the triple bottom line due to the social aspects of the hotel did not involve the community in their business activities and also the hotel does not empower the community.
