This research employed descriptive type of research with qualitative approach. The data in this paper was taken through interview, observation, and documentation. The data determination technique used was primary and secondary data with the informants were the manager of Jawa Timur Park 1 Batu City toward the activity of CSR programs, soc!ety and the employees who were act!vely involved in the development of CSR programs, tourists and society became more loyal to visit Jawa Timur Park 1 Batu City. Data analysis used was interacyive model proposed by Miles and Huberman. Data validation test used was triangulation method proposed by Sugiyono. Based on the result of this research, CSR programs are influence toward the ima ge of the company through those already applied by Jawa Timur Park 1 Batu City, from promotion activity, company social marketing, philanthropy activity, volunteering, practice and business with social responsibility, direct involvement, and cooperating with other parties.
