Abstract

Information system has been used at many business fields now, one of it is hotel accommodation.A good quality of information system can be seen from three aspects, such as system quality, information quality, and electronic service quality. The kind of research used by explanatory research and using purposive sampling. The sample in this research were 113 responden of Traveloka users in Malang city.This research using descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of liniear regression analysis show that sysstem quallity, information quaIity, electronic service quaIity have simultaneously effect to user satisfaction about f 25,195 with probability 0,000. System quality variable partially have no significan effect to user satisfaction with regression coefficient 0,441.Based on the results of the analysis of information quality test t partial result while 2,029 electronic service quality 3,820. In conclusion system qualityare partially have no significant effect against user satisfaction, informatiin quality partiaIIy have significant effect against user satisfaction, and electronic service quality are partially significant effect agains user satisfaction
