Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the effect of easiness to trust and SMS banking utilization. The kind of research is explanatory research with the quantitative approach. Sample in this research was student business administration brawijaya university which consisted of 96 respondents. The technique sample used simple random sampling. Descriptive analysis and path analysis are use to analyze research hypothesis. Hypothesis in this research: first easiness of use SMS banking significant to consumer trust in use SMS banking, the second hypothesis is consumer trust significant to use SMS banking, the third hypothesis easiness of use SMS banking take effect significant to use SMS banking.Result of this study revealed that from facilitation variable (X1) and trust (Y1), it has significant effect with significance value of 0,000 (p<0,005), while for trust variable (Y1) toward SMS Banking utilization (Y2) showed significant effect with significance value 0,000 (p<0,005) and facilitation variable (X1) toward SMS Banking utilization (Y2) showed significant effect with significance value of 0,000 (p<0,05). R square values were obtained for effect of facilitation (X1) toward trust (Y2) with 39,9% and effect of facilitation (X1) and trust (Y1) toward SMS Banking utilization (Y2) with 59,8%
