This research was conducted based on the growing member of similar industry of “Amel” Tempe Chips which makes intense competition. Therefore, required right strategies to increase product competitiveness of “Amel” Tempe Chips. This research include Qualitative Descriptive research, which focused on SWOT analysis to help “Amel” Tempe Chip's owner to increase the company competitiveness so the company capable to compete with other company which has a same type product. The data collection which used in this research was interview method, observation method, and documentation. This research used data analysis with interactive model which developed by Miles and Huberman. Measurement of the data validity, researcher used a source triangulation. Based on analysis result which used IFAS-EFAS matrix, TOWS matrix, and SWOT Cartesius Diagram, obtained a strategy which located at IV quadrant which means it is an ST strategy that used strength factors to resolve threat factors. The implementation of this strategy is increase the quality of “Amel” Tempe Chips product so that makes “Amel” Tempe Chips company capable to compete with other company which has same type product and also do a product innovations so that “Amel” Tempe Chips product has a different excellence of tempe chips from other companies.
