The purpoose of this studuy to desscribe and explain of Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR), job sattisfaction, and organizatiional commitment. This raesearch explanastory research with quantitative approach. Population in this study is all employes of PT PJB UP Paiton amounted to 226 employees. The sampling terchnique used proportional random sampling using th formula Slovin and ttal samples obtained from 69 employees. The method for collecting the data by distributing questionnaries and secondary data with. The analysis techniqe used in this resarch is the path analysis with SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed thaht Corpoorate Sociall Responsibility had siggnificant effect on job sattisfaction with a beta coeffivcient 0,751. Corporatte Social Responsibility had no siggnificant effect on the organizational commitmment with abeta coefficianet 0,074. Job satisfaction had significant effect on the organizational commitment with a betsa coefficient 0,424. Job satisffaction mediates the Corporate Social Responsibility of the organizational commitment to the value of the indirect effect is greater than its direct effect.
