Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of work stress toward job satisfaction, to know the influence of work stress toward driver intention to leave, to know the influence of job satisfaction toward driver intention to leave. In this research used explanatory research with quantitative approach. Population in this research in amount 360 drivers with sample size 78 drivers. Disproportionate stratified random sampling is sampling technique in this research. Analysis of data that used analyzed of statistic descriptive, classic assumption test and path analysis. The study showed that driver work stress PT Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang is low category, job satisfaction rate of driver including of high category, while rate of intention to leave is low category. Work stress and job satisfaction has significant influence and negative with coefficient beta 0,225 and significant amount 0,047 (0,047 < 0,05), work stress and intention to leave has significant influence and positive with coefficient beta as big 0,421 and significant as big 0,003 (0,003<0,05), job satisfaction and driver intention to leave has a significant influence and negative with coefficient beta as big 0,225 and significant as big 0,030 (0,030<0,05)
