This research aims to describe, analyze and explain the influence of organizational culture and employee performance, against employees in Toyota Auto2000 Sukun - Malang. The type of research conducted is a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this research is the 70 employees of Toyota Auto2000 Sukun – Malang. Data analysis using a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS program for Windows ver 8. The results showed that organizational culture have a positive influence on performance of employees on the hapless Auto2000 Sukun – Malang indicated by the value of the Sig. F (0.000) < α = 0.05. Adjusted R square value was amounting to 0.464. This shows that the organizational culture of the variable against the variable contribution of employee performance 47.2% while the rest of 52.8% influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.
