This research aims to determine the influence between OCB variable which are Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy, and Civic Virtue on Performances. This reseacrh is an explanatory research that verify the connection between independent and dependent variable, which is the impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and work performance inpatient nurse of Baptis Batu Hospital's staff. While the data analysis method used is double linear regression with saturated sampling. The researcher collects primary date through questionnaire spreading to every nurse working in Baptis Hospital of Batu. The hypothesis testing used are partial (t Test) and simultaneous (F Test). The research and hypothesis testing show that the variables of OCB as independent variables namely Altruism (X1), Conscientiousness (X2), Sportsmanship (X3), Courtesy (X4), Civic Virtue (X5) gave significance impact to the working performance of the hospital's worker, as showed by F Test. While in t Test, one of the independent variable, which is Courtesy (X4) partially doesn't show significance impact to the working performance.
