Abstract

- The teacher as a professional educator has primary responsibility to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students on early childhood education, formal education, primary education and secondary education. Performance Appraisal System (PK) Teacher appraisal system is designed to identify the ability of teachers in performing their duties through the measurement of competency mastery shown in their performance. Fuzzy Inference System (Fuzzy Inference System / FIS) is also called fuzzy inference engine is a system that can perform reasoning with similar principles as the human instinct to reason with. One method is the method of Mamdani fuzzy inference introduced by Ebrahim Mamdani in 1975. To obtain the output, it takes four stages are: establishment of a fuzzy set, the implication function application (rule), rules of composition, assertion (defuzzyfikasi). The final results of this assessment of teacher performance will result if the teacher is valued Good, Fair and Poor. This addition to the teacher performance assessment as a reference for the promotion of a teacher as well as an evaluation for performing their duties and obligations as a teacher.
