Abstract

- Knowledge will be a competitive advantage to survive, because knowledge has four criteria of resouces that support this competitive advantage, which is valuable, rare, difficult to imitate, and hard to replace. And also, knowledge must be able to be exploited by a firm's organizational processes. This is a research that evaluate the implementation of Knowledge Management program in PT. XYZ Persero, before they take the next step. This result show that PT. XYZ has not succeeded in establishing a culture of sharing knowledge and awareness. It showed by the absence of positive relationship between collaboration and trust with knowledge creation process. PT. XYZ has a tremendous potential in a learning culture and T-Shaped Skills, so PT. XYZ will have employees who are very knowledgeable. This knowledge will be a competitive advantage for personal gain such as the achievement of individual performance. PT. XYZ can be said to be successful, namely the presence of a positive relationship between IT support to the process of knowledge creation
