: This study was conducted in the Office of Riau pekanbaru city land, which is located in the street, Papaya NO 47. The land office is aimed at making the civil service of the certificates of land and the purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees at the land office pekanbaru city. The population in this study were all employees at the land office Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling (census) where the whole population of the research sample, obtained a total sample of 62 karyawan.Data were analyzed descriptively. In this study, the types and sources of data used are primary data obtained from the land office pekanbaru.diolah more cities, as well as secondary data is data that has been so without experiencing changes such as a brief history of the company, job description of each part of the company, as well as the company's organizational structure.As for education and training at the land office in the city of Pekanbaru in Riau jugak katagorikan good enough. It can be seen from the quality, productivity increase with the education and training and the development of depressed individuals and jugak with their education and training is very helpful in terms of improving the quality and productivity of work and is planning to create human resources better.From the analysis of these studies it is known that on average employees who work on the land office Pekanbaru city quite well, the employee's performance is influenced by several factors: Personality, Behavior, Competence.
