: This study aims to determine the vision, mission and goals set supported by office holders and lecturers and how far pencapainya. Factors studied were organiasi culture with dimensions, comprising external mission and objectives. Inernal integration dimensions and basic assumptions.This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, University of Lancang Kuning, where the population is around the office holders and lecturers. Samples taken are as many as six people from office holders and lecturers as many as 14 people taken at random by using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive, namely data analysis by collecting data later clarified by group and category, then tabulated and described according to the theory relevant to this study. The results showed that the expected value of culture for the mission, relationships in the group, and the nature of the relationship with ligkungan disipli is very good while for the purpose and the rewards are good. As for Exinsting culture for the mission, relationships in the group, his award and relationship with the environment is very good. For the purpose and nature of the discipline was good.
