Journal of the Civil Engineering Forum (JCEF) is a quarterly journal on Civil Engineering and Environmental-related sciences. The journal was established in 1992 as "Forum Teknik Sipil" (pISSN 0854-1116), a biannual journal first published in Bahasa Indonesia in 1992. In 2007, the journal was published in English and the name was changed to Journal of the Civil Engineering Forum (JCEF).
