This study aims to determined interaction of tier cage system and diet tea's waste on the performance of layer quail. The material used was 225 layer quail with an average weight 122 + 8,56 g (CV=7,03%). Feed used in the formulation of diet is rice bran, yellow corn, soybean meal, poultry meat meal, shells meal and tea's waste. The experimental design used was completely randomized design with split plot consisting of three replicates. Tier cage system (L) as the main plot consists is 5 level oftier. L1: level one of the cage, L2: level two, L3: level three, L4: level four, L5: level five and tea's waste level (T) as the sub plot consists of T1:1,5%, T2:3%, dan T3:4,5%. The results showed that there were no interaction effect between tier cage system and diet tea's waste on the performance of layer quail (P>0,05). The treatment of tier cage system not significantly different (P>0,05) and the treatment of tea's waste levels showed not significantly different on the performance of layer quail (P>0,05). The conclution is tea's waste consist antioksidan but that have not been able to reduce heat stress so that quail performance is not optimal.
