Founded in Bogor in 2005, Sajogyo Institute is an Indonesian agrarian research centre. Sajogyo Institute is a part of a social movement to encourage agrarian reform which ensures the fulfilment of the rights of the rural poor, indigenous communities, and other marginalised groups.
Sajogyo Institute produces and provides agrarian knowledge through research, training, and policy intervention. Sajogyo Institute also works closely with other relevant civil society organisations and is part of an epistemic community both at the national and international levels.
