Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI)
Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI) is a professional organisation for architects in Indonesia with a main office in Jakarta Design Center, Slipi, Jakarta.
IAI was established officially on 17 September 1959 in Bandung. With more than 11,000 members in Indonesia, the institute is active on multiple international events through its membership in ARCASIA (Architects Regional Council of Asia) since 1972, UIA (Union Internationale des Architectes) since 1974, as well as AAPH (Asean Association Planning and Housing) of which IAI was one of its founders.
