Feed given during maintenance of white snapper fish must comply with the requirements of seeds that are maintained, both in terms of quantity, time, physical requirements (size and shape) as well as nutritional content, so that artificial feeding (pellets) is appropriate to their needs and have the quality good nutrition for life White snapper fish (Lates calcarifer, Bloch). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of artificial feeding (pellets) which is different to the rate of growth and survival rate of seeds perch (Lates calcarifer, Bloch) and to test Analysis of variance (ANOVA) growth rate and survival rate of seedlings perch (Lates calcarifer, Bloch) in a laboratory scale. The research was conducted in 11 October – 23 November 2011 held at the Laboratory Center for Marine Aquaculture Development (BBPBL) Lampung. The method used in this study is an experimental method of the lab, and design used was Complete Randomized Design (CRD). The results obtained show that the artificial feeding (pellets) KRA during treatment produced the highest growth rate of 22.18% and artificial feeding (pellets) Turbo Feed produced the lowest growth rate of 8.82%, while the artificial feeding (pellets) KRA, Hi Pro Vite , Turbo Feed for the treatment produced the highest survival rate of 100% and artificial feeding (pellets) Cargil produces the lowest survival rate of 99.2%.
