Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada PT Indorizky Abadi di Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas

Abstract

This research has already done at PT. Indorizky Abadi Sokaraja. This research has aim for knowing the factors which are influenced toward the employee's Performance. All employees at PT. Indorizky Abadi Sokaraja became the population in this research. The totals of employees are 243 persons. The totals of respondent in this research are 160 persons. Random sampling method is used in determining the respondent. From the result of research and analysis data by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) can be concluded that : 1. Motivation significantly influenced to the employee's Performance. If the employee's motivation is high, it caused to employee's Performance to be better. Work ability significantly influenced to the employee's Performance. If the employee's ability is high, it caused to employee's Performance will be higher too. 2. Reward significantly influenced to Motivation. If the reward is high, so the motivation will be higher too. The influenced of reward toward motivation is bigger if its compare with the influence of leadership and communication to motivation. Leadership significantly influenced to Motivation. Leadership which suitable with the employee's wishes will cause the employee's motivation become higher. Communication is not significantly influenced to Motivation. Well-communication isn't caused the employee's motivation become higher.3. Knowledge significantly influenced to Ability. If the employee's knowledge is high, it caused the employee's ability will be high too. Skill significantly influenced to Ability. If the employee's skill is high, so it caused the employee's ability is high too. The influenced of skill toward ability is bigger if its compare with the influenced of knowledge to the ability. From the conclusion above, it can be given several advices to the company as follows : 1. For increasing the employee's Performance, increasing the employee's ability is really necessary emphasized. Beside that, the motivation is really increase too.2. For increasing the employee's Ability, increasing the employee's skill is really emphasized. Knowledge isn't getting rid of.3. For increasing the employee's Motivation, increasing the reward is really emphasized. Beside that, the leadership and communication are really noticed.4. Reward, leadership, communication, knowledge and skill are really to be increase continuously because they can increase the employee's Performance with the indirect influence through the increasing of motivation and employee's ability.
