This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect the development of soft skills and hard skills in teaching entrepreneurship to the ability to design a business prospect. Examine the method used is multiple regression analysis, to determine the presence or absence of influence between two or more variables and how much influence. Researcherâ€™s soft skill set of independent variables (X1) and hard skills (X2), as well as the dependent variable ability to design business prospects (Y). Data collection using questionnaires (questionnaires), data collected were analyzed with multiple regression is used to determine the effect of independent variables X1 and X2 with the dependent variable (Y). Of the population of 295 people, has established a sample of 100 alumni of 2011 SMK Darulâ€™Ulum Jombang Telkom. The results obtained calculating F (7486)> F table (1:39) with a degree significance 5%, which means there is a positive influence on the development of soft skills and hard skills in teaching entrepreneurship to the ability to design a business prospect. Based on test results proved that the variable t (X2) hard skill to have a dominant influence on the variable (Y) the ability to design a business prospect, with contributions of $ 0.266 or 26.6%. While the variable (X1) has an influence on the soft skills variable (Y) the ability to design the business prospects of 0.192 with a contribution of 19.2%.
