Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Manajemen Aset Kelas Berbasis Web dengan Penerapan Algoritma Greedy pada Biro Administrasi Akademik Universitas Bakrie

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang rancang bangun aplikasi manajemen aset untuk menyediakan sistem peminjaman kelas di Universitas Bakrie. User pada aplikasi adalah mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf. Terdapat beberapa admin yang bertugas untuk menyetujui peminjaman seperti admin dari Biro Administrasi Akademik (BAA), kemahasiswaan, General Affair (GA) dan Kepala Program Studi. Aplikasi menerapkan algoritma Greedy untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tabrakan jadwal untuk peminjaman prioritas. ImplementasiGreedy berfungsi untuk mencari kelas alternative untuk diberikan kepada userpemilik kelas yang akan digantikan oleh peminjaman prioritas oleh staf. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dibangun menggunakan Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil dari penelitian berupa aplikasi berbasisweb yang menyediakan layanan peminjaman kelas di Biro Administrasi Akademik Universitas Bakrie. Kata kunci: manajemen aset kelas, algoritma Greedy, aplikasi berbasis web, database This research discusses about design classroom asset management application to provide classroom reservation system for Bakrie University. Users of this application are students, lectures, and staffs. There are admins for reservation approval such as administrator of Academic Bureau, Student Bureau, GA, and Head of Study Program. This application implements Greedy algorithm to solve collision for priority reservation. Greedy algorithm is implemented to find an alternative classroom when priority has replaced a reserved classroom and exchange with appropriate classroom. This web based application is constructed using PHP Object Oriented Programming paradigm. The result of this research is a web based application that provides classroom management in BAA Bakrie University.
